In the event there is an item that you would like to return, please follow these important guidelines:
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
The customer must return item(s) in question within ten days of receipt of shipment. We do not pay return shipping fees.
All items must be in new (unworn and unwashed) original, resalable condition. All original packaging for items must be returned.
All items must be free of deodorant marks, Free from residue of cologne or fragrances, and or makeup.
All tickets are in the original position and must not have been removed from the garment for any reason.
All items are carefully inspected and packaged and photographed before shipment.
WE DO NOT SHIP DAMAGED GOODS.
IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT THE FIT OF A PARTICULAR GARMENT, WE ADVISE THAT YOU CALL OR TEXT VIA CHAT BEFORE YOU ORDER THE GARMENT. Many styles have specific fit parameters. Not all fits are for all body types.
CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE. No exceptions.
Jewelry, grooming, fragrance, or food items – not returnable.
If you are due a refund-
It will refund the amount you paid for that item. There are no restocking fees at the moment.
It will be refunded to the original form of payment (or to a house credit gift card in some cases)
